Report: Amazon's 'Wickr Me' Encrypted Chat App
Is Flooded With Child Porn

(Breitbart) — NBC News reports that Wickr Me, an encrypted messaging app owned by Amazon, has become popular amongst individuals sharing images and videos of child sexual abuse. Data gathered by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) shows that it is not the only online platform being used to share such imagery.

However, Amazon appears to be doing little to address the issue according to experts and law enforcement officials. As a result, the app has attracted those wanting to trade the illegal material as they believe there is less risk of detection or bans compared to other internet platforms.

NBC News examined court documents from 72 state and federal child sexual abuse or child pornography prosecutions over the last five years where the defendant was alleged to use the Wickr Me app. The cases were filed in multiple countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Almost every prosecution resulted in a conviction aside from the ones currently still being adjudicated.

Wisconsin School Board Group Cuts Ties With NSBA
Over Letter Comparing Parents to Terrorists

(Epoch Times) — The Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB) has terminated its membership with the National School Boards Association (NSBA) amid controversy over a letter sent to the Biden administration likening concerned parents at school board meetings to "domestic terrorists."

WASB voted Tuesday not to renew its membership with NSBA, joining a number of states which have opted to do so since the letter came to light last year, the board confirmed in a statement to The Epoch Times.

"The board's rationale for the decision includes ongoing concerns – many of which pre-date last fall's events – about NSBA leadership, governance structure and transparency; the fiscal management and financial oversight of the national association; and its failure to prioritize and serve state school board associations. The WASB's Board of Directors concluded that the interests of Wisconsin school boards are not being represented effectively at the national level by the NSBA," it read.

Israel Faces Possible Snap Election –
And The Return Of Bibi Netanyahu

(Just the News) — Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is facing calls for a snap election from critics who say he is too soft on terrorism, while a growing number of Israelis are responding by supporting Itamar Ben Gvir, who is seen as the further right, populist alternative to former PM Benjamin Netanyahu.

Less than a year after Netanyahu's ousting, Bennett has lost his majority coalition in the Knesset, increasing the possibility of Israel holding its fifth election in three and a half years. Bennett nonetheless stressed the successes of his government during his weekly cabinet meeting on Sunday.

"This government cannot be stopped. It must continue to fight for the Israeli public. This government has done in one year what other governments have not done in a decade," he said.

Massachusetts Democrats Approve
Driver's Licenses For Illegal Aliens

(Breitbart) — Democrats in the Massachusetts state legislature have approved legislation to provide tens of thousands of illegal aliens with driver's licenses -- a vital tool for the open borders lobby.

As Breitbart News reported, Gov. Charlie Baker (R) vetoed the legislation that would allow tens of thousands of illegal aliens in the state to obtain driver's licenses. Baker said he vetoed the plan because it "significantly increases the risk that noncitizens will be registered to vote."

With majorities in the state House and Senate, Democrats have overridden Baker's veto to ensure illegal aliens can begin obtaining driver's licenses beginning July 1, 2023.

Angel Mom Maureen Maloney, whose son Matthew Denice was murdered by an illegal alien in August 2011 in Milford, Massachusetts, told the Boston Herald that she will help fight the law.
