The office, called the Second Amendment Rights Section, expects to open on December 4 and will be dedicated to investigating local laws or policies limiting gun rights. The section intends to execute the broad policy directions from a February executive order, opens new tab issued by President Donald Trump directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to comb the entire U.S. government to 'assess any ongoing infringements' of gun rights. Marxists have used civil rights laws in the United States to subvert the Constitution and infringe on people's actual inherent rights. See full story |
New Arctic Discovery Could Deal Massive Blow To Chinese Dominance Of Rare Earth Minerals (Fox News) — A project heralded by Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy and accelerated by President Donald Trump stands to deal a huge blow to China’s dominance in the nanotechnology, energy and automotive sectors as the GraphiteOne site near Nome uncovered vast reserves -- for which Beijing previously accounted for 90% of production. As of 2024, the U.S. was at least 93% import-dependent on both rare earth elements (REEs) and graphite itself, according to the International Energy Agency, and the Graphite Creek deposit has already been dubbed the largest such tranche in the U.S. But, this week’s announcement that REEs were discovered in addition to the graphite lode portends a step-up that the U.S. can take against the CCP through Trump’s "American energy dominance" agenda, according to a source familiar with the situation. Shapiro Signs ‘Hair Discrimination’ Ban In Pennsylvania, The Crown Act (The Hill) — Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) on Tuesday signed the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of hair. “Real freedom means being respected for who you are – no matter what you look like, where you come from, who you love, or who you pray to,” Shapiro said in a statement on the matter. “For too long, many Pennsylvanians have faced discrimination simply for hairstyles that reflect their identity and culture – that ends today,” he added. In 2022 alone, the Keystone State received 916 complaints related to racial discrimination involving hair texture and protective hairstyles, according to Shapiro’s office. See full story |
| Arrest Warrant For Gender-Confused Miss Universe Co-Owner Issued (Fox News) — A Bangkok court has issued an arrest warrant for Jakkaphong "Anne" Jakrajutatip, the co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization, after Jakrajutatip failed to appear in court on Tuesday in relation to a fraud case. Jakkaphong is accused of defrauding an investor in 2023 and was released on bail, but she was a no-show for court on Tuesday and did not notify officials, The Associated Press reported, citing a statement from the Bangkok South District Court. The court deemed her a flight risk and rescheduled the hearing for Dec. 26. Jakkaphong’s company, JKN Global Group, bought Miss Universe in 2022 and then sold 50% the following year to Legacy Holding Group USA, which is owned by Mexican businessman Raúl Rocha Cantú. JKN is accused of cheating investor Raweewat Maschamadol during a 2023 corporate-bond deal that Maschamadol says cost him roughly $930,000. He says Jakkaphong and JKN misrepresented the company’s financial health when selling him the bonds. JKN ceased making investor payments in 2023, effectively erasing the value of the corporate bonds. N. Dakota Court Restores Near-Total Ban On Abortion (Red State.com) — In a 3-2 ruling on Friday, the North Dakota Supreme Court reinstated a near-total abortion ban with limited exceptions, deeming that it adhered to the state's constitution. The law was first instituted through a trigger ban after the 2022 overturn of Roe v. Wade, with the United States Supreme Court decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health. In 2023, the North Dakota legislature repealed the trigger ban, passing another bill that mirrored the ban with exceptions for the life and health of the mother, and within the first six weeks of pregnancy in cases of rape or incest. Former governor of the state, Secretary of the Interior Doug Burghum, signed that bill into law in 2023, but in 2024, a lower court overturned it. The North Dakota Attorney General Drew H. Wrigley chose to appeal the decision, which resulted in Friday's reinstatement of the law. The North Dakota Supreme Court reinstated a near-total abortion ban on Friday, reversing a judge’s earlier decision and making abortion once again illegal in the state. In North Dakota, it will now be a felony for doctors to perform abortions, except to protect a pregnant woman’s life or health, or in the case of rape or incest in the first six weeks of pregnancy. | Maine’s Platner Calls To Abolish ICE, Drag Agents Before Congress: ‘People Need To Go To Prison’ WINDHAM, Maine (WFB) — Senate candidate Graham Platner (D., Maine) called to abolish ICE and force agents to testify before Congress – his most aggressive comments on the agency to date. "People need to go to prison. We need to have public hearings, public, frankly, probably trials down the road, because the American people deserve to know what the hell is going on right now, and how the people doing it can justify it to themselves," Platner said Saturday during a town hall in the southern Maine town of Windham. "If I have my way, even if we can’t get anything to happen in the Justice Department immediately, I want to drag every single ICE agent that’s been wearing a mask in front of a Senate subcommittee, make them take their mask off, and explain to the American people what the hell they’ve been up to." Platner went on to call ICE agents "masked armed thugs" and accused them of "kidnapping people off the streets of the United States because of their skin color." See full story |
The Clintons Risk Prison If They Defy Epstein Subpoenas (PJ Media) — House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is laying down the law for Bill and Hillary Clinton: show up in person for depositions in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation, or face prison. Comer warned the former president and his twice-failed presidential candidate wife that dodging these subpoenas with written answers will not cut it – it's a clear no-go, and could invite contempt of Congress charges. Originally subpoenaed in August, the Clintons asked their lawyer to request that the committee accept written statements rather than require them to sit for live depositions. Their attorney, David Kendall, claimed that written answers would be the “most efficient and equitable” approach. Comer shot that down. According to Comer, the committee isn't obligated to accept their version of how much or what kind of information they should provide. His message was firm: these depositions must happen face-to-face, and the Clintons cannot rewrite the rules now. See full story |
