Fierce Israel Supporter Mike Huckabee Confirmed
As Ambassador To Israel

(Daily Wire) — On Wednesday, former Arkansas GOP governor and staunch Evangelical Christian Mike Huckabee was confirmed as the U.S. Ambassador to Israel in a 53-46 vote mostly along party lines in the Senate, with Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman being the lone Democrat to vote for him.

“Mike has been a lifelong friend of Israel and an ardent supporter and defender of Israel’s right to exist,” Arkansas GOP senator Tom Cotton stated in championing the nomination. “ In 1973, Mike made his first trip to Israel as a recent high school graduate. The experience of visiting the Biblical sites at the center of history had such a profound impact on the 17-year-old Mike Huckabee that he would go on to lead tens of thousands of people on similarly life-changing visits.”

In 2017, Huckabee made it clear that he believed that the Biblical lands of Judea and Samaria -- where virtually all the events recorded in the Bible took place -- were part of the Jewish homeland, saying, “I think Israel has title deed to Judea and Samaria. There are certain words I refuse to use. There is no such thing as a West Bank. It’s Judea and Samaria. There’s no such thing as a settlement. They’re communities; they’re neighborhoods; they’re cities. There’s no such thing as an occupation.”

Tulsi Gabbard Warns She’s About To Declassify Biden’s Admin Docs And She’s Not Playing Around

(Amer Wire News) — Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revealed that work is already underway to declassify evidence of the Biden administration’s weaponization of the intelligence community.

Gabbard posted a response on social media to America First Legal’s post urging her to release the previous administration’s “classified domestic surveillance and censorship strategy.”

“The full extent of the Biden Administration’s abuse of federal national security authorities must be exposed,” said the nonprofit advocacy group formed by Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump.

In a letter to Gabbard, the organization recounted how under then-President Joe Biden, the government had “published its whole-of-government approach to censoring disfavored speech on the Internet” in a plan called the “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.”

“During the Biden Administration, we witnessed an unprecedented weaponization of the federal government’s resources against political opponents, including the admission of the existence of a classified implementation strategy of the Domestic Surveillance Strategy,” Andrew Block, AFL senior counsel, said in a statement.

U.S. Ambassador To Ukraine To Resign
After Three Years In Post

(Just the News) — The State Department on Thursday confirmed that U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink is expected to resign her post early, after three years on the job, which began just months after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The expected resignation comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Brink over her wording in a statement about an attack on his hometown, according to The Hill.

Brink, who started working for the State Department in 1996, has not officially tendered her resignation but has started saying goodbye to colleagues, sources told CBS News.

“Ambassador Brink is stepping down," a State Department spokesperson told the outlets. "She’s been the ambassador there for three years – that’s a long time in a war zone. And frankly, the war has gone on for far too long. The real issue is whether the Russians and Ukrainians are ready to do what’s necessary to end this war.”

AOC Draws Fire For Flying First Class To
‘Fight Oligarchy’ Rally

(Amer Wire News) — Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is receiving backlash after traveling to a speaking engagement entitled “Fighting Oligarchy” in first class.

A stunned passenger snapped a picture of the progressive lawmaker in a first-class seat on a flight from JFK Airport to Las Vegas, Nevada, for an event with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). The two have been making stops across the country as part of the “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, where they speak out against President Donald Trump and spread leftist talking points.

The person who initially posted the photo to social media, Tracy, has since taken it down, but still got a dig in on the progressive princess in a comment to the New York Post.

“Nothing says, ‘Power to the people’ like ignoring voters looking to say hello and reclining in first class while tweeting about income inequality,” she said, adding that the representative was not responsive to friendly remarks after taking her seat.

Trump Admin Pulls Funding From Maine For Allowing
Men Identifying As Women To Be Jailed With Females

(Fox News) — U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Wednesday that the Trump administration had pulled all nonessential funding from Maine’s Department of Corrections after allowing a 6-foot-1, 245-pound man who identifies as a woman to be housed in prison for women.

Bondi spoke to "Fox and Friends" host Lawrence Jones about several topics, including President Donald Trump’s authority to determine where federal funding is delivered.

"We can determine where that money goes – all federal money," Bondi said before directing the discussion to Maine. "What's happening there is they're not abiding by what President Trump said. They're allowing men [in] women's sports.

"And in the case right now, what we did last night, some breaking news – we pulled all nonessential funding from the Department of Corrections in Maine because they were allowing a man in a woman's prison, a giant 6-foot-1, 245-pound guy who committed a double murder with a knife, stabbed his parents to death and the family dog, and, he identified as a woman," she continued.

Whistleblower Tells Senate Committee That Meta Undermined U.S. National Security To Cozy Up To China

(Fox Business) — A whistleblower on Wednesday told congressional lawmakers that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and other executives lied to Congress as Meta actively tried to help China develop artificial intelligence in an effort to win favor with Beijing.

Sarah Wynn-Williams, who detailed her experience at Meta in the scathing memoir "Careless People," testified before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Counterterrorism that she witnessed Zuckerberg and other executives "repeatedly undermine U.S. national security and betray American values," the New York Post reported.

Wynn-Williams served as the director of Global Public Policy at Facebook, now Meta, for nearly seven years starting in 2011. She said company executives "did these things in secret to win favor with Beijing and build an $18 billion dollar business in China."

Meta allegedly helped China develop advanced artificial intelligence to help outcompete American companies, she said.

Trump Plans To Fine Migrants $998 A Day
For Failing To Leave

(NewsMax) — The Trump administration plans to fine migrants under deportation orders up to $998 a day if they fail to leave the United States and to seize their property if they do not pay, according to documents reviewed by Reuters.

The fines stem from a 1996 law that was enforced for the first time in 2018, during President Donald Trump's first term in office. The Trump administration plans to apply the penalties retroactively for up to five years, which could result in fines of more than $1 million, a senior Trump official said, requesting anonymity to discuss non-public plans.

The Trump administration is also considering seizing the property of immigrants who do not pay the fines, according to government emails reviewed by Reuters. In response to questions from Reuters, Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement that immigrants in the U.S. illegally should use a mobile app formerly known as CBP One – rebranded as CBP Home under Trump – to "self deport and leave the country now."
